SARAH GLASS

Sarah is best known for combining rhythmic percussion with world and orchestral music to create a unique, cinematic sound.

At age 3 she began classical piano training, and later learned harp, drums, guitar, live looping, audio engineering, and recording.
​
She recently released an album "When No One Is Watching, When Everyone's Asleep" with Zachary Garren (guitarist of Strawberry Girls, formally in Dance Gavin Dance).​
She played live on NBC’s Today Show with Sound Meditation Presents, (the world's largest sound bath gathering), and toured the US performing at historic venues with the group.
She performs at music festivals up the West Coast with her band, harp duo, Child of the Mountain.​
Sarah recorded and produced the audio for the interactive children's book "Mama, Sing Me a Rainbow!" for author and three-time Tony nominee Kelly Gonda.

She graduated from Tufts University with a minor in music. She taught group music classes for mothers and babies with "Little Folkies" for many years.
Now, Sarah teaches weekly private music lessons, and group music theory seminars for students of all ages.
